Following Aika’s hand-drawn map found tucked in her notebook, Nao and Hana find a trapdoor beneath a rusted cabinet.
With effort, they pry it open—revealing a spiral staircase leading into darkness.
Inside: a narrow room with power still faintly flowing.
Old computers hum softly.
Star charts glow under UV lights.
A terminal boots automatically and plays a message:
“If you’ve found this… you’re still looking up. That means everything.”
Aika’s voice.
The room is her personal archive—forgotten, hidden, protected.
She had been tracking signals from the sky for years, and believed that “someone was writing back.”
“I couldn’t prove it. But I could prepare a place… for the ones who come next.”
Nao and Hana sit in stunned silence.
