Weeks have passed since the final stargazing night. Life has returned to normal—or at least, a new kind of normal.
But each of the friends carries the night sky with them.
Hana returns to the city and begins working at a community planetarium. She gives a talk called “The Girl Who Named a Star.”
Yuki begins writing a picture book about Aika’s journey, using her old sketches.
Ren helps rebuild the old observatory into a public learning center.
Kaho sends her application to an astrophysics program—titled her essay:
“Our Place to Return.”
Mizuki, quiet as always, simply sends everyone a letter. Inside it: a photo of Aika’s star, and the message:
“When you miss her, just look up.”
